
Universal Crystal: Customers postpone the delivery schedule, and it is expected to gradually recover in the second half of the year

About one or two months, and it is expected to gradually recover in the second half of the year.
Xu Xiulan reiterated that Universal Crystal's new U.S. plant will be completed in July 2024, and it is expected to start production in the first quarter of 2025. There is no change in the planned time point.
In terms of the current situation of Universal Crystal, Xu Xiulan admitted that due to the inventory adjustment, some customers have delayed the long-term procurement schedule for about one to two months. Fully loaded, and adjust the production of product application projects required by customers, hoping that the annual revenue will be better than last year.
Xu Xiulan revealed at the law conference that the amount of advance payment received by the company has increased from 1.2 billion U.S. dollars at the end of the third quarter of last year (IT Home Note: currently about 8.256 billion yuan) to 1.29 billion U.S. dollars in the fourth quarter of last year. In terms of semiconductor inventory, Global Crystal said that the demand related to the epidemic seems to have disappeared, and the problem of supply chain disruption is expected to improve significantly this year. Due to the slowdown in demand for consumer electronics, there is a structural oversupply, while analog components and microcontrollers (MCUs) used in the automotive industry and industrial electronics continue to be out of stock.
